If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 7 days of purchase by emailing us at returns@anklita.com. The item must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. Download our returns form here

We advise returning the item via a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in the post. The returning item is solely the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us here at Anklita. When we receive the item, we shall process a refund within 7 working days if it meets our returns criteria listed above. Please note, we will not refund any return postage costs.

Exchange

We are happy to exchange your item for another Anklita product providing the item has not been worn, it is returned in its original packaging in perfect condition and within 14 days from the date of purchase. If the value of your new item exceeds the original item purchased, you are required to pay the difference, however if the new item is lower than the original item purchased, we will credit the difference to the debit/credit card used for the original purchase.
