How do I place an order for Anklita?
The best place to do so is here on our website (online). Click on the ankle bracelet you would like to purchase and then the ‘Add to cart’ button. This will place the item in your basket so you can now go and select one or more charms, or any other products you wish to purchase. When you are satisfied with your shopping bag, you can click on the shopping bag and then ‘checkout’, and follow the instructions through to payment. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
How will I know when my order is placed?
You will receive an order confirmation when the order has been placed to the email address entered at checkout. Once payment has been accepted and the billing address verified, we will then dispatch the goods. We will send another email informing you that your goods have been dispatched and your parcel is on its way to you. If you have any queries related to your order, or you have not received a confirmation email, we advise for you to check your junk mail and if you are still having no luck, then email us at orders@anklita.com.

If an item is sold out, can I be the first to know when it arrives back in stock?
Of course! If an item is marked as ‘sold out’ on the website, you can click the ‘email me when back in stock’ button. You then need to enter the required details for an email notification to be sent to you when the item is back in stock.
How are orders packaged?
Anklita sends out all of its jewellery with love and care, in a branded box with a luxury suede interior, perfect to store your jewellery in to keep it safe and tangle free. All ankle bracelets are sent in a matchbox style box and charms are sent out in a delicate rectangular charm box. We endeavour to present and deliver your items at a high standard, however we are not liable for the condition which you receive your parcel.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
If you contact us within an hour of placing your order, we will do our very best to assist and make the required changes to the order. You can do this by ringing or emailing us straight away. Our contact details can be found here , or by visiting our ‘Contact Us’ page.
