Faulty Items & Warranty
An item is considered faulty if a manufacturing fault occurs within the first three months of purchase, or on the rare occasion it arrives to you damaged. Items are not classed as faulty if they are damaged through general wear and tear. All items sold by Anklita Ltd are checked thoroughly and are quality controlled prior to dispatch. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) so that we can deal with the issue or repair the faulty item where appropriate. We are happy to repair or replace an item free of charge upon receiving and assessing, ensuring the fault is due to a defect or breakage in material or workmanship.
Please note, in order for an item to have a valid warranty, it must be sent back to us in full and with proof of purchase. Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. We advise using a tracked delivery service to return the item, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in the post. The returning item is solely the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us here at Anklita. We are happy to reimburse return postage costs if the item is classified as faulty upon assessment.
